I had such a lovely experience with Oksana at High Care Clinic in Richmond. She was incredibly professional, caring and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Oksana really took the time to listen, explain everything properly and made sure I was happy throughout the whole appointment. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I left feeling looked after, confident and very happy with the results. Nelly is absolutely amazing at what she does — professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely caring. She makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in and takes time to explain everything properly without ever making you feel rushed.The clinic itself is beautiful, spotless, and has such a calm luxury feel to it.
