The experience in the Arctic Room is out of this world! I have been benefiting from the "Cryo" experience for over two years now, here in Sydney and in Europe. The clinic in Double Bay is at least a few steps above any other clinic I have been to - congrats to Regina and Johanna for bringing these high quality equipment to Sydney, feeling grateful to have met Anna (Double Bay clinic), Deanne and Anastasia (Strathfield clinic) - excellent customer service, going above & beyond to ensure the clients are having the best experoence possible. I always feel very zen after 3 mins in the Arctic room!

Had a massage session with Aya and it was excellent. Luckily she was a Japanese qualified physiotherapist as well. She focused on problem areas with just the right pressure and techniques. I felt a big difference afterward.

While transiting to Sydney, I badly need relief for my chronic leg injury, which requires constant trigger release. Taking a chance on Zen Japanese Massage Health Hub (Level 2, Room 203) proved to be a wise decision. I now have a go-to spot for treatment in Sydney. I booked a session with Hugo, he managed to hit all my sore spots, offering significant relief! Hugo's personalized approach and evident expertise made this session a valuable.

One of the best massages I had in Sydney! Ryota was super precise with the right pressure and got my neck and back sore sorted! Highly recommended :)

The treatments are fantastic and they have made a huge difference to my recovery but the therapist Ana is there best asset so kind and caring.
