I love this wellness house - you can tell in every little bit of detail that the customer has been thought about. My partner and I both participated in the PNF class - my partner said he never realized you could stretch your body in that way, and we both came out of the class feeling very happy!

Feeling very old and tired I went into this session with a lot of hesitation. Maya put us through number of poses that really stretched the body and taught us how hold the stretch and breathe through any discomfort. I found some of the poses quite hard to hold however Maya talked me through each one and, when necessary, gave me slight adjustments so that I could still gain the same stretch. By the end of the session I felt so much better, my body felt like it had a real workout but it felt good and I could move so much more easily. Looking forward to the next session. Thank you Maya.

I know Rose already and have 100% trust in how she works, I tried the permanent eyeliner, top and bottom, and had the best experience, zero pain thanks to the good quality numbing cream and zero concerns as she was taking care of everything in a super professional way, transforming my fears in a big smile when I looked in the mirror. This time I tried the body sculpting for my neck and I have to say I was very impressed. I would never believe the results were visible instantly! The procedure is so nice and relaxing. The most incredible experience! I had the Holistic Harmony Session with Jess and it was perfect timing for the transition in my life, all I can say is that it was the most relaxing and transformational experience.
