10/10 First time at the salon and will definitely be going back! Helen was very busy (Saturday appointment) but she remained exceptionally personable and made me feel so at ease. I had another fantastic experience with Veronica today for my beauty treatments including waxing and tinting. She is genuine, accommodating, super friendly and always professional. Veronica always makes you feel comfortable and relaxed, and her attention to detail is amazing. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I never thought I’d actually look forward to waxing appointments, but Veronica is so much fun and we chat away the whole time that I’m distracted from the pain 😂 I always leave happy with the results and wouldn’t go anywhere else. 💖
