My first experience with body sculpting was great. The team were informative, friendly and made me feel at ease during the process. The complimentary water and hair masks provided before going in the sauna were a nice little touch to and made the experience feel like a real treat. I was surprised how relaxed I felt when I left and will definitely visit again.

Sessions at The Gym are always so lovely with the best staff around. I had tummy sculpting and did the infra-red bed, and a week out my waistline is 4cm down! Absolutely incredible results from one session

As a mum of two who is quite insecure about her body, I was a bit nervous attending this appointment - that all disappeared the moment I met Bea & Jo. Both ladies were so lovely and easy to talk to. I had such a great experience and was impressed with their knowledge and how welcoming and friendly they were.
