My waxing journey literally began with Gemma because of the nerve damage I sustained during my c section. Couldn’t bare the feeling of shaving down there and after getting waxed with Gemma a year and a half ago, I’ve never looked back since and I have got her undeniable skill to thank! Right from the first appointment she made me feel so at ease. I hated the way my body felt after having my baby and she’s changed my life as cheesy as it sounds, I’m so grateful!

Good service. Would be better if the bed is turn the other way - opposite of the door (in case it opens) so dignity is maintained. Very humid as no ventilation inside and no airflow - struggle during the hot weather.

Gemma’s high experience with waxing is incredible. I had my first time full wax and it wasn’t so painful as others says. Ellie is exceptional at waxing and a lovely, lovely girl! I will not go to anyone else for my bikini waxes and have followed her wherever she’s worked, even coming over from Croydon to see her when I was living there! I highly recommend her and the make up and hair bar!

Gemma was fantastic, I’ve only been waxed once before and was so nervous this time after having a c section 3 months ago but it was actually pretty painless and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable. Gemma is so down to earth and professional I definitely won’t go to anyone else! If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!
