My waxing journey literally began with Gemma because of the nerve damage I sustained during my c section. Couldn’t bare the feeling of shaving down there and after getting waxed with Gemma a year and a half ago, I’ve never looked back since and I have got her undeniable skill to thank! Right from the first appointment she made me feel so at ease. I hated the way my body felt after having my baby and she’s changed my life as cheesy as it sounds, I’m so grateful!

Claudia gave me an LVL and brow wax. Usually last lifts fail on me as my lashes are so stubborn but Claudia managed to give them the best Korean lash lift, I have received so many compliments! My brows were tidied up and kept thick which was exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much again would highly recommend !

Gemma’s high experience with waxing is incredible. I had my first time full wax and it wasn’t so painful as others says. Really lovely service! Went in for a holiday wax and professional done, felt very comfortable and was done with detail! Really liked the booking system- easy reminders and easy to do. Would recommend and return

This was my first Hollywood wax and Gemma made me feel super comfortable, absolutely no awkwardness whatsoever! We were actually laughing and joking the whole way through! The Prosecco definitely helped!! My experience was pain free, quick and really good fun! Helps that Gemma is so so down to earth and kind - I will never go anywhere else and have recommended to everyone! The queen of waxing!!

Hannah is fantastic and always does my hair great. She is so lovely and even though I am moving away I will be returning to Hannah to get my hair cut. Only thing I wish is that there was mor dog Tonbridge on the Instagram page.
