The treatment, eyebrow wax and tint was good but the Welcome was nonexistent. When I entered, someone came from out back and barked "do you have an appointment." No, Hello or Welcome or even just a smile. Terrible first impression.

One of the most pain free Brazilian and underarm waxes I had ever had - which was amazing given I had not had a wax for nearly a year. Hannah is so fast and good at what she does, and very kind as well.

Today, I had my first laser hair removal appointment. I had my full legs, Brazilian and arm pit done. Taylah was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I was afraid that it would be painful, but I only felt slight discomfort on the bikini area. It has no comparison to the waxing pain. I really enjoyed the experience and I was surprised how quick the procedure was. I bought 10 sessions and I can’t wait to have a smooth skin. :)

I loved the warm bed and beautiful calm music. Whilst I was only having waxing done, it was still a relaxing experience and I felt pampered. Jo is highly experienced and calm and polite. Always consistent .
