Katie was so welcoming and lovely. Very willing to make any accommodations I needed due to disability. Her salon is one of the most accessible I've been to - Katie answered my questions and sent me a video on instagram of the walk from the car into the salon and showed her whole space. There is just one small step in and the rest is level. Very short walk from parking also, only a few meters. Another worry I often have for waxing is feeling unwelcome due to being fat but Katie made me feel very comfortable and welcome in her salon. I would absolutely reccommend and will definitely return!

I came to Lisa today for a pamper afternoon. Fresh gel nails, where Lisa used her artistic mind to come up with a beautiful design full of spring colours. A brow wax, all tidy again ready for weekends of socials and christenings. And a massage to sort out problems in my back and shoulders. The massage was another level, resulting in various massage techniques used, including gua sha and cupping treatments to fix my ailments - with an added drainage bonus for the head cold I am currently suffering with! I cannot wait to wake up tomorrow a new woman!

Had hot waxing today with Nat for the second time. She put me at ease straight away and surprisingly, it was rather pain free experience. I am extremely satisfied with the results and so excited to wear bikini on my holiday. I will be returning soon before next travelling and would highly recommend Nat’s services. Thank you so much. I asked Lisa to help alleviate a bad bout of hayfever that I was experiencing. She very quickly and professionally had my lying down with acupuncture needles in areas that helped almost immediately I have to say! I woke up the following morning with no symptoms and that has continued since. This is a must for hayfever sufferers to have regularly over the season to help normal life resume!

I got hybrid eyebrows done by Steph and honestly I LOVE them it's been nearly a week and I haven't had to touch them with any makeup because the shape is still unbelievable and they are still full from the tint! They honestly have made me feel so much better about myself ❤️❤️

I visited Lauren today for a facial and honestly was blown away by just how outstanding the entire process was. Booking was smooth and simple. Lauren sent me a detailed account of how to find her including parking options- this was fantastic for me knowing exactly where to go and how to find her! My facial was one of the best I have ever had. The products felt unreal and smelt amazing. The neck and shoulder massage left me fully relaxed and finally focused on myself rather than thinking about what to make for tea!! For the first time ever I did not feel guilty having some much needed R&R!

I’ve been going to Steph every three weeks for my nails and always have a great experience. I usually get a French polish on my fingernails, and the results are consistently neat, elegant, and long-lasting. Steph is professional, friendly, and really takes care with the details. I also treat myself to a pedicure now and then, which is always just as relaxing and well done. Highly recommend Steph if you’re looking for reliable, high-quality nail care!
