Katie was so welcoming and lovely. Very willing to make any accommodations I needed due to disability. Her salon is one of the most accessible I've been to - Katie answered my questions and sent me a video on instagram of the walk from the car into the salon and showed her whole space. There is just one small step in and the rest is level. Very short walk from parking also, only a few meters. Another worry I often have for waxing is feeling unwelcome due to being fat but Katie made me feel very comfortable and welcome in her salon. I would absolutely reccommend and will definitely return!

Had my usual set of treatments today started with dermaplaning which took away the peach fuzz and left my skin feeling smooth and soft. It has also lightened the quite large brown spot on my chin after the treatment I had undertaken. I follow this up with BB glow and microwaving which had improved my skin no end. Lessoned wrinkles over the period of time I've been having it. I then have the dermalux which leaves me with a glowing skin. I can highly recommend these treatments by Jenny at eccleston asthetics. Jenny is very attentive and caring. Treatments and aftercare are explained, each visit.

I came to Lisa today for a pamper afternoon. Fresh gel nails, where Lisa used her artistic mind to come up with a beautiful design full of spring colours. A brow wax, all tidy again ready for weekends of socials and christenings. And a massage to sort out problems in my back and shoulders. The massage was another level, resulting in various massage techniques used, including gua sha and cupping treatments to fix my ailments - with an added drainage bonus for the head cold I am currently suffering with! I cannot wait to wake up tomorrow a new woman!

I got hybrid eyebrows done by Steph and honestly I LOVE them it's been nearly a week and I haven't had to touch them with any makeup because the shape is still unbelievable and they are still full from the tint! They honestly have made me feel so much better about myself ❤️❤️

Had hot waxing today with Nat for the second time. She put me at ease straight away and surprisingly, it was rather pain free experience. I am extremely satisfied with the results and so excited to wear bikini on my holiday. I will be returning soon before next travelling and would highly recommend Nat’s services. Thank you so much. I visited Lauren today for a facial and honestly was blown away by just how outstanding the entire process was. Booking was smooth and simple. Lauren sent me a detailed account of how to find her including parking options- this was fantastic for me knowing exactly where to go and how to find her! My facial was one of the best I have ever had. The products felt unreal and smelt amazing. The neck and shoulder massage left me fully relaxed and finally focused on myself rather than thinking about what to make for tea!! For the first time ever I did not feel guilty having some much needed R&R!

I went to Omni Therapy Rooms with a bad case of sciatica. And was very happy with the outcome. Lisa was brilliant explaining to me the reason for my sciatica. And using acupuncture over the course of one hour as really alleviated all the pain I had on the side and leg. I was very happy with the outcome. And would gladly recommend Lisa to anyone.

A wonderful facial by Lauren in a cosy and relaxing environment. My skin feels beautifully smooth and hydrated. The skincare products are plant-based and smell amazing. Lauren’s meticulous attention to detail is perfect; she is gentle and respectful throughout. A real treat!
