Magda is AMAZING! My first time having intimate waxing and already planning my next appointment. She talked me through the process, was very gentle and patient and was so lovely. I was so relaxed during my leg wax (not my first ever, but first with Magda) that we joked about having a quick nap. Her studio is beautiful, peaceful and most importantly; spotless. I felt completely at ease through my entire visit and will absolutely be returning in the future.

Such a beautiful cut from Catalina. My hair is thick so I asked Catalina for lots of layers, body and bangs – and she absolutely delivered! I love a big, bouncy blow dry and that’s exactly what I got. The movement, the shape, the volume… everything sits perfectly and feels so light yet full at the same time. We are truly spoilt to have Catalina in Kettering at Beauty Hub. From the moment you sit in her chair, you can tell she really listens and understands hair. I had my first waxing appointment in just over 4 years today, and I was honestly quite nervous after a previous bad experience where I was left burnt, with wax everywhere and hair still remaining. My experience with Magda completely changed my perspective. She was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived, taking the time to talk me through each step of the process. She regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and offered breaks if I needed them. I’m so glad I gave waxing another try, this was such a positive experience, and I would definitely recommend her!

I had the pleasure of meeting Suki today for a leg and hollywood wax and she was professional, thorough and very kind :) the wax used was tea tree and great for my sensitive skin. I had such a great experience with Hair and Beauty Hub, thanks to Sukhi. She is incredibly warm and friendly, while also being very professional and clearly amazing at what she does. I had waxing, eyebrow threading, and gel nails done, and I was so happy with every treatment. Everything was done with care and attention to detail, and I felt completely at ease throughout. This was my second time with Sukhi, she did say fantastic job, first time I had classic lash extentions and she gave thorough advice on good upkeep. They lasted for weeks! This time I had LVL lashes + brow threading and tint and a Hollywood wax. Sukhi is very friendly and professional and pays meticulous attention to detail. So happy with my treatments, will definitely be back for more!

Magda is by far, THE BEST wax lady I’ve EVER had. She is incredibly thorough and makes sure you leave as clean & hairless as you want! She regularly attends training seminars to ensure she is up to date on all the new techniques and waxes that are coming out to help suit your service best, and MAN is she good! Not only is she professional, but she is also such a kind being with such a big heart! She always made me feel comfortable when I was in such a vulnerable position. I tried cheating on Magda once by going to a different wax lady..and NEVER AGAIN. She truly is the best. 1000/10 recommend!
