After my first appointment, I feel confident that Claire took the time to understand my issues and she explained how she would construct a treatment plan after a physical evaluation of the areas. She explained the aspects of treatment so I could understand what was happening and how. The treatment was surprisingly relaxing and I’m hopeful I will see some improvement over the next week. Her aftercare advice was thorough and I am looking forward to the next phase of my treatment. I thoroughly recommend Claire.

I work a physically demanding job where you can pick up a muscle injury fairly easily. But Knead It Sport always finds the root cause and has it dealt with. Highly recommended!
