Waxen verwijdert de haren bij de wortel, waardoor de haargroei 3 tot 4 weken op zich laat wachten in plaats van een paar dagen. Dode huidcellen worden tegelijk met de haren verwijderd, wat zorgt voor een snelle exfoliatie bij elke behandeling. De haargroei wordt bovendien fijner en dunner. Je kunt kiezen voor een volledige beenwax of een wax van een deel van het been, en afspraken duren gemiddeld 30 minutes.
