As always enjoyed my appointment with Stephanie. After over 2 months away from Victoria my hair was in need of a good refresh. Cut and colour. I came away feeling like a new woman. I’m literally obsessed with my hair!! Honestly if you’re looking for the best hair salon in Victoria BC look no further than ecoChic. I’ve tried so many places downtown but nothing beats the vibe at The Bay Centre. I booked an Aveda Head Spa with Emily because my scalp was feeling so dry and oh my god… she is a miracle worker. It was the most relaxing experience ever. Total game changer. Emily also nailed the color—it’s so rich and glossy now. If you want the best head spa in Victoria or just a really high end cut and color you have to ask for Emily at ecoChic. It’s worth every penny. 10/10
