Sophie was incredibly welcoming and has a warm, gentle energy which makes you feel instantly calm and comfortable. The massage and supported yoga was very relaxing, but I could feel it working in the areas I had tightness/aches. I can already feel the difference!

Best massage I have had, Sarah-Jayne is an excellent therapist, felt immediate benefits from my treatment, her care and attention was 1st class, the ambience of the room was perfect, helping to put me at ease. Sarah-Jayne is so knowledgeable in her craft, but also has the personal touch to make the experience so special. I would highly recommend this form of massage to newcomers, as a 1st timer myself, I will be booking further treatments, in the next few months.

I enjoy Sophie’s massages so much not only cause she has the best hands, but cause she knows how to create the best vibe for a deeply relaxing massage. She has super strong hands and knows well when to apply the right amount of pressure. I always leave the room floating for the rest of the day and grateful that I booked :)

Me and my mum absolutely loved the Mother’s Day yoga class with lydia, it was so relaxing and we both felt amazing afterwards. Lydia is the best yoga instructor! My mum also had a massage after with Sophie which was wonderful, she felt so comfortable and relaxed. Would 100% recommend wellnest to everyone for either yoga classes or massages!
