I had a fantastic massage at Essence Massage and Beauty. I was made to feel completely at ease, in a friendly and relaxing setting. I have a three month old so a massage was sorely needed and I left feeling so relaxed. Thank you! Would highly recommend.

Sophie was incredibly welcoming and has a warm, gentle energy which makes you feel instantly calm and comfortable. The massage and supported yoga was very relaxing, but I could feel it working in the areas I had tightness/aches. I can already feel the difference!

My 2nd visit to Angela this week & I feel like different women as I always do when I leave. Tuesday I joined the healing soundbath, it was just what I needed to feel grounded & content again after a very challenging few days on the hormonal rollercoaster. I left feeling calm, relaxed & totally ground again. Thursday I had a massage & healing with Angela. Her massage & healing techniques are amazing, its the perfect space to take some time out & relax in a tranquil environment. I highly recommend her ❤️

A delightful experience with Yan. I have not been relaxed after being a mum with 2 children. My back and shoulder felt much looser afterwards. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone who is keen on getting a massage. Will come again. Thank you!

I had three treatments with Polly this morning and really enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish. The booking process was simple and stress free and Polly made me feel completely at ease throughout. My manicure, pedicure and back massage were all fantastic. I left feeling thoroughly relaxed, refreshed and pampered. Polly is professional, friendly, and skilled at what she does. I’ll definitely be booking in again soon!

I have just had a Neal's Yard Remedies Facial with Kelly. It was wonderful: relaxing, gorgeous aroma, great head massage and my skin looks absolutely amazing. Thank you Kelly. This is going to be a regular appointment.

A thoroughly beautiful & enjoyable massage & healing experience with Angela as always. I visit her every month & cannot put into words just how amazing I feel after my time with her. Angela has a very special & unique way of releasing negative energy with her healing techniques, whilst making you feel totally relaxed & at peace 😌 Halo healing is a beautiful space for her treatments & I would highly recommend her. Me and my mum absolutely loved the Mother’s Day yoga class with lydia, it was so relaxing and we both felt amazing afterwards. Lydia is the best yoga instructor! My mum also had a massage after with Sophie which was wonderful, she felt so comfortable and relaxed. Would 100% recommend wellnest to everyone for either yoga classes or massages!

I have suffered from lower back pain for many years, with the pain coming and going. This is my second time seeing Yan for help, and she has been incredibly kind and understanding. She took the time to explain the cause of my lower back pain and walked me through the process of the massage. After a 90-minute personalized Asian massage, I felt significant relief from the pain. Yan also suggested some helpful stretches I can do at home. I'm so grateful to have found her in Leeds—how lucky I am! Thank you, Yan!

Angela is incredibly talented at what she does. Her massage and healing therapy are amazing. Not only are the treatments amazing, but her treatment rooms are the extremely relaxing, warm and comforting; I always leave feeling an overwhelming sense of relaxation and calmness in body & mind. I enjoy Sophie’s massages so much not only cause she has the best hands, but cause she knows how to create the best vibe for a deeply relaxing massage. She has super strong hands and knows well when to apply the right amount of pressure. I always leave the room floating for the rest of the day and grateful that I booked :)

I had my first massage ever here, I opted for the full body Asian massage as I had been struggling with lower back pain, Yan was very friendly and professional, she consulted with me prior about areas I was comfortable with and if I had any known problems, the room was very cosy and relaxing, the massage it’s self was amazing I could feel everything just disappear and the warm water at the end just gave me such a warm melting sensation, very happy and relaxed thank you so much
