Always feel so much better after a much needed pregnancy massage. Had the Indian head massage also, which is a must. Amy makes you feel super relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Just had by far the nicest massage I've ever had with Amy.. I asked for a relaxing full body massage.. Amy explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it.. would highly recommend her to anyone and I'll definitely be booking a relaxing massage every month with her.. an amazing experience....

Today I had the sculpture massage experience facial, it was truly amazing, the best facial massage I’ve ever had. I mean seriously good. My skin is glowing. Beauty Within Durham … exceptional. Rachel is simple outstanding from the room prep to carefully listening to your needs to tailor make your treatment . I have been going for a number of years and have no intention of stopping . I was recommended Vicky by my sister who rated her highly. I have carried a lot of tension and stress in my muscles for such a long time and have aches in my shoulder and back and suffer from tension headaches. As soon as I met Vicky I loved her Instantly she is such a warm and friendly person and she made me relax straight away. The craniosacral therapy I had was amazing. It didn’t hurt, and felt very warm and relaxing. It felt like she literally melted all my tension away and I came out of that session like a wobbly piece of jelly and felt high on life! I’ve rebooked for more. Thank you!!!

This was my first sports massage, l have suffered with chronic back and hip pain for many years and more recently awful foot pain. Three days after my session all of my pain had significantly reduced and today, five days later l still feel good. I would say my pain is 80% improved which has had an amazing impact on my life, l'm not limping around work and I am sleeping at night. I would highly recommend this therapy.

Where can I start? Amy is so welcoming. I felt relaxed and calm right from the start. I had lymphatic drainage massage and my leg feels so much better. I followed this with reiki. I left it to Amy to work on the areas she was drawn to. Amy was spot on with the areas. They both feel so much better. I'm so glad I found Amy. I highly recommend trying any treatment Amy offers. Great value for money and so beneficial.

Amy is a sweet sweet lady, I felt very welcome and free to share. I was made to feel completely comfortable at all times and given many options with regards to undressing or skin touching. I will certainly be visiting often and trying her other services (I had holistic massage and small reiki session)

I loved my CST session at Taylored Fit with Vicky. The clinic is beautiful, calm and relaxing. Vicky is very friendly and professional and my body felt very safe in her hands to let go of some old tensions patterns it had been holding onto from various accidents throughout my life. I had the advanced sculpt facial massage , this is amazing . I have never been keen on facials always seemed to have a massage but this is unbelievable..At one point I felt I was floating it was so relaxing . This is “not just a facial” this is a whole new experience that you need .. Rachael as always is so knowledgeable about skin care and she made the experience even more relaxing with the atmosphere and the lovely relaxing comfortable bed that you lie on .. I wish I could explain in more detail how amazing this was but I suggest you try it and see how fabulous it is . Thankyou rachael

This was my first reflexology session, it is a lovely, calm environment, everything was explained to me very well and my expectations were discussed. I felt listened to and the treatment was so relaxing. I'm looking forward to my next treatment and the health benefits that will hopefully follow.
