Massage was lovely, having a class above however scheduled at the same time directly above the room was hugely disappointing. The whole point in a massage is to relax.

I was recommended Vicky by my sister who rated her highly. I have carried a lot of tension and stress in my muscles for such a long time and have aches in my shoulder and back and suffer from tension headaches. As soon as I met Vicky I loved her Instantly she is such a warm and friendly person and she made me relax straight away. The craniosacral therapy I had was amazing. It didn’t hurt, and felt very warm and relaxing. It felt like she literally melted all my tension away and I came out of that session like a wobbly piece of jelly and felt high on life! I’ve rebooked for more. Thank you!!!

This was my first sports massage, l have suffered with chronic back and hip pain for many years and more recently awful foot pain. Three days after my session all of my pain had significantly reduced and today, five days later l still feel good. I would say my pain is 80% improved which has had an amazing impact on my life, l'm not limping around work and I am sleeping at night. I would highly recommend this therapy.

I loved my CST session at Taylored Fit with Vicky. The clinic is beautiful, calm and relaxing. Vicky is very friendly and professional and my body felt very safe in her hands to let go of some old tensions patterns it had been holding onto from various accidents throughout my life. Will definitely be booking again.

This was my first reflexology session, it is a lovely, calm environment, everything was explained to me very well and my expectations were discussed. I felt listened to and the treatment was so relaxing. I'm looking forward to my next treatment and the health benefits that will hopefully follow.

Wow, I have just been to see Vicky, I go every few weeks, she is utterly amazing, I arrive like a coiled spring and walk out totally relaxed and all the pain has gone. I love my Vicky appointments !

I can't even put into words how grateful we are to Debbie for working her magic with our 6 week old baby today. We've never seen her relaxed or pain free in these six weeks, and Debbie released all of the tension she was riddled with from the labour and birth. We arrived with a chronic cryer who was almost impossible to settle, and left with a completely relaxed baby who spent the whole journey home content and just taking in her surroundings. Completely exceeded our expectations, and worth every penny!

Yet another fantastic massage with Suzanne, decided to treat myself to a 60 min massage this time round, and so pleased that I did. She did a great job focusing on those achey muscles and I felt so relaxed during and after. She even discussed and showed me some simple exercises to do at home to help with my injury. Will defo be making these massages a regular thing. Thanks Suzanne

Incredible! Maeva made me feel so relaxed and welcome. I’ve never had a massage before and was quite nervous but my experience was better than I could have ever imagined! I’d absolutely recommend getting Maeva’s sports massage. Amazing!
