I do quite a lot sports so booked in with Catherine for a Deep Tissue massage. The pain relief and tightness in my legs has been instant and this will help with training moving forward. Will certainly go again and would recommend anyone to do so also.

Elaine is amazing at her job. I went in for a full body massage which was truly the best massage I've had. It came at exactly the right time after a few months of high stress levels. We had the most amazing time at the spa today. Everything from check in was absolutely fantastic. The relaxation area was the perfect place to chill and wind down before our Lomi massage. Never in my lifetime have I experienced a more relaxing massage, or calming feeling than today. It actually made me feel a bit emotional and I don’t even know why! Girls and boys were the actual best and their technique made it a very memorable experience. Would definitely recommend this to everyone and I can’t wait to go back.
