I had a back massage with Adam, and I have to say it was one of thee best I've had. Great pressure and Adam listens to what you as a client need. The newly refurbished soundings are stunning. Gorgeous rooms creating the perfect setting. Definitely 10/10 from me!

Amazing experience this evening with Chelle! I had a lymphatic drainage massage done elsewhere about a year ago and I left feeling so sore and bruised. I was reluctant to tet again but I was recommended holistic healing hands by a friend and my experience this evening was a million times better! Chelle is such a lovely girl and you can tell she cares so much about her clients. Would 100% recommend x

Another amazing experience with Chelle as always.. I normally get the Lymphatic Drainage or the Swedish Back Massage or sometimes I will go for the Reflexology, head face and neck.. Today was the Swedish Back massage which was needed as I have been having a lot of back pain lately. After a 45 minute session I came out feeling relaxed, refreshed and feeling more energetic as always when I come from a session Chelle is absolutely amazing at what she does, I absolutely recommend her to anyone.. she’s one of the most kindest of girls you always feel relaxed around

Adam’s professionalism, warmth, and intuitive touch made the whole experience exceptional. He knew exactly where to focus and used the perfect amount of pressure throughout. I left feeling deeply relaxed, rebalanced, and like a weight had been lifted. Adam is incredibly skilled and clearly passionate about what he does. I was treated to a facial, brow shape and upper back massage. Everything was wonderful. Highly recommend Vitalija. Have already booked my next appointment in three weeks.

Aisling was very good at making sure I was comfortable and the facial and massage were fantastic. The atmosphere was relaxing.

First time getting a deep tissue massage. Michelle was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable instantly. The massage was amazing.
