Great appointment never had hot wax before and it's a lot softer not gentler on the skin I feel absolutely amazing I highly recommend a visit to Rachel and just to say to people that if you're booking with a new person on freesia if you ask you when you've been to the salon before say yes because otherwise freeze your charges the owner a new customer fee which is not fair

Lianne is such a lovely person and creates a nice relaxing environment for treatments. I would recommend this treatment, I have had such good results, it is value for money and well worth it.

I always come away feeling pampered. Rachel is very skilled - in all of her treatments and I have had a wide range of these; including gel toes, spray tan, eyebrow wax and tint to name a few!

Rachel really listened to what I needed and created a bespoke facial that left me feeling fantastic. It's much more than a good facial though, it's a luxurious, relaxing experience which was just what I needed.
