Natalie is absolutely amazing, been going to her for a while and mist certainly wouldn't go anywhere else. Not only is Natalie very professional, she is very polite and explains everything she is going to do. Very much recommend to all family & friends (tbh I do anyway) 🥰

The best salon EVERRRRR! I always feel listened to and Faye always achieves my goals! She's also realistic and tells me if something is not going to suit my face. I love her work and her whole personality! She makes you feel so relaxed, talks you through everything and is extremely knowledgeable. Iv had facials, micro needling, skin boosters, filler, botox, semaglutide and b12 from her! I wouldn't go anywhere else SHES THE GOAT! X

Sam greeted us in her usual cheerful and professional manner. She carried out my treatment with care and attention to detail and I’m delighted with the result. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her work am I’m very impressed with how her business has expanded and the various treatments on offer.

Sam always so understanding she really listens and completely understands she is always suggesting the best treatments needed and listens to the treatments wanted, she gives you a clear explanation why the treatments you want aren’t always the treatment you actually need

It has a lovely welcoming vibe. Staff are friendly and gave good advice. Faye was amazing and she was checking often if I was ok. It has a private room to get your treatments done. Faye was really good and her other staff were really nice.

I had such an amazing experience with Faces by Faye! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable and at ease. Excellent Lymphatic drainage massage with the lovely Vix. Really informative as Vix gives you so much information showing you what you can do at home to help yourself between treatments. I felt lighter and soothed afterwards.

My daughter had a pamper day for her birthday first she had a bouncy blow dry by Hollie which looked beautiful then had her nails done by jade which were also beautiful! The ladies are lovely and make you feel so comfortable and welcome. We can’t wait to come back.

I can honestly say this was the best massage I've ever had. From the moment the treatment started, it was clear that Vicky is incredibly intuitive and highly skilled. She seemed to know exactly where my body needed attention without me having to say much, and every technique felt purposeful and effective. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and therapeutic work, and I left feeling lighter, looser, and completely relaxed.
