I messaged Meg at 5pm with extremely painful sciatica pain in my lower back and she managed to squeeze me into a last minute cancellation with Bethan at 7pm who did an amazing job loosening the muscles around my lower back giving me some relief and also gave me some stretches and exercises to do at home to help it further. I’ve always experienced amazing results with Meg so trusted anyone she put me with, I’d be in good hands!

Excellent full body MOT helped me feel confident about healing from my current leg injury. I'm new to having needles poked in my knee and it felt a bit weird but I'm hopeful it will help the healing process. Lauren was friendly and knowledgeable and I'd be confident booking at TAP again.

Had Achilles tendon pain lately caused by running and getting old. Bethan's sports massage has eased the pain. She strapped the injury brilliantly and has given me a new programme to work on. She is always really knowledgeable, is able to get to the cause of the problem(s) and is super-friendly.

Bethan is superb. I hurt my Achilles/calf running. She targeted my calves and has given me different exercises to try out. I came away feeling a lot better today and not hobbling. I’ve been to TAP for most of this year, originally with back pain. Bethan has helped me keep playing sport even though I’m getting too old. She knows her stuff and is always really friendly. Highly recommended for people who are active and want to keep training regularly.

Lauren was thorough, knowledgable and friendly. She took me through a shoulder “MOT” to help identify where my pain is coming from and I’ve walked away with a lot of reassurance and a plan for what to focus on moving forward to fix it. Thank you!

Just what I needed to help with my pains in my arm and neck. Whilst I was sore afterwards the work that Stephen did has made a difference already, just need to make sure I do my exercises he recommended. If you are in any pain then do not hesitate to make an appointment.

Fabulous treatment, Indian Head, Neck, Shoulder and Back massage. Super muscle tension relief. Really relaxing and holistic along with targeting concerns with my neck and tension. I came to Bethan at Therapy and Performance Clinic with severe back pain. Bethan was extremely knowledgeable about my issue and was able to alleviate the pain and gave me exercises to do in between sessions. I would absolutely recommend Bethan and will definitely visit again should the need arise.

I first visited around 5 weeks ago with shoulder pain, which has improved a lot following physio and the rehab programme provided by Molly. Yesterday I also had a sports massage for shoulder/neck pain which has worked wonders. Will definitely be a regular client.

I was in agony and Molly gave me a full MOT and sports massage. Molly was great and has really helped me already and I’ve booked in again so she can get me back to being pain free and moving more freely.

Had a great first session with Megan. Problems were diagnosed, treatment given immediately (massage and acupuncture), and rehab exercises at home tailored to my problems. A lovely person Megan seems to me and she is good at communication- explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Definitely would recommend Megan.

Megan was very knowledgeable, and very quickly worked out the source of my leg pain - together with the info provided and exercises she recommended for me it should help my recovery progression a lot - very impressed with the treatment I recieved!
