I have had 2 sessions of the lymphatic drainage massage. Lisa listened to my concerns & I found her so helpful & reassuring. The treatment is very gentle & I have seen results with less water retention & bloating from session one. I will continue on a quarterly maintenance programme and would highly recommend

Very good. James is clearly very knowledge about anatomy and the appropriate remedial action to take for given aches/pain/injury. He was courteous and professional, and in addition to immediately feeling a lot better following this first session, I have a high degree of confidence I'll be right as rain after a few more.

I saw Lisa for Manual Lymphatic Drainage last week, following breast reduction surgery a few days before. I could feel a lump had built up under my arm, definitely a lymph blockage. It had gone beyond uncomfortable and become properly painful. Lisa worked her magic and, within 24 hours of the treatment, the blockage completely cleared. She was also incredibly kind because she squeezed me for the appointment at incredibly short notice. Post surgery MLD really is one of the most incredibly important additions to a post operative care plan. Highly recommend Lisa, she is excellent.
