First time having cog threads and I was very excited. It was completely pain free and so quick I couldn't believe it was done. Leanne is fantastic and I'm looking forward to see how the cog threads will show in the 2 weeks time frame. I think I will be back for more after this experience!!

My first experience here was great! I received a warm welcome. The consultation was very useful and the team were able to easily identify the areas causing me problems in my shoulders, neck and back. I received cupping, acupuncture and a massage focused on these areas; all treatments were very therapeutic and relaxing and the problematic areas already feel less tense. I’d recommend At Home Holistic Therapies to friends/family and I’d go again!

Aze was wonderful and very thorough with my 1st appointment and explained everything clearly. 100% recommend this lovely lady and felt so much better after my acupuncture treatment and tui na.

Aze and Hugo have been a massive help, helping me manage my chronic back and leg issues, as well as a painful shoulder and rib pain. I have been seeing them for a few months now and will continue to do so. They are fantastic at what they do, very knowledgeable and overall, lovely people.
