I had an amazing experience with Lucy at The Skin Club. From the moment I arrived, the environment was so welcoming, clean, and relaxing. Lucy made me feel comfortable straight away and was very professional throughout the treatment. Her hand technique is absolutely brilliant — I’ve never experienced anything like it before. She was gentle, precise, and clearly very skilled at what she does. Everything about the experience was excellent. I highly recommend Lucy and will definitely be coming back again!

Saira was absolutely incredible as always! Provides honest opinions on services to suit individual needs, loads of information, and details on how the treatments work/result expectations. The space is always fresh and very clean with a relaxed atmosphere before and during the appointment. I would never trust anyone else near my face after starting my treatments at Resolve!

I really enjoyed my treatment with Lucy. It was a skin re surfacing treatment and I was slightly nervous however Lucy explained every process thoroughly and checked on my well-being throughout. Lucy also explained how my skin would feel for the next few days as well as aftercare. I bought my home care products and was made fully up to speed on how to use them. From start to finish excellent! Welcomed warmly and taken into a beautiful calm setting this was the fist time I have had this particular treatment and Lucy answered all my questions and talked me through the whole process and what to expect as well as discussing my skins needs. What an incredible experience, from start to finish I was welcomed by lucy herself and a lovely lady in reception it was warm and inviting. I was lead into the most beautiful room it was cosy and incredibly relaxing, soft lighting and calming music played. I felt completely at ease. I lay on the most luxurious heated bed with a snuggly throw. Lucy has clearly taken the time to make sure her customers comfort is a priority. She gave me the most relaxing facial with neck, shoulder and arm massage. I left with rejuvenated glowing skin and spent some much needed me time. Thank you lucy.

I am not a novice massage client so feel it was a particular treat to experience the variation in speed & depth that Lucy expertly delivered. I felt like a new woman after my treatment today and Lucy identified particular issues with my body that only a medical consultant would normally notice! Always 5 star service!! I get different treatments here and Leanne is honest about what is worth you getting and not. I have really seen the difference with my skin especially microneedling. Leanne is professional and extremely friendly. Highly recommend!!

Everyone was very welcoming as soon as I arrived at the salon Not sure why I have left it so long to have a massage will make sure it’s not so long for next time Felt really good and have come away with some advice on avoiding further injury Massage was lovely, Lucy is really nice, down to earth and has a good understanding of people as well as her treatments x
