I attended Breathe and Bloom for a combined acupuncture and reiki session to deal with some lower back pain. The treatment room is so calming and peaceful and the session was amazing. Continuing my holistic journey with Lindsey today – third session of acupuncture and Reiki healing. The experience is deeply intense as I begin to explore and release past trauma, but each session leaves me feeling enlightened and motivated to continue learning how to heal from within. I have just had my second pregnancy acupuncture session with Lindsay to help with anxiety about giving birth and to help with labour. Linsays place is a little sanctuary of paradise where you come away feeling totally clear headed and healed. I love my monthly sessions where I can go and just chill. Lindsay has really helped with my monthly cycle, I used to have such heavy debilitating periods but now due to the acupuncture have become normal and light which means I get on with life again. Xx
