I attended Breathe and Bloom for a combined acupuncture and reiki session to deal with some lower back pain. The treatment room is so calming and peaceful and the session was amazing. I can highly recommend Breathe and Breathe. I've been having reiki and acupuncture with Lindsay regularly for well over a year. I can tell if I've left it too long! Very professional consultation and the acupuncture i have received has really helped with my shoulder pain, its really sorted me out after months of pain, would highly recommend and only wish i done it sooner

I have just had my second pregnancy acupuncture session with Lindsay to help with anxiety about giving birth and to help with labour. After both sessions I have left feeling calm, relaxed and reassured. Lindsay always makes me feel at ease and I like how each session is personal and bespoke. Linsays place is a little sanctuary of paradise where you come away feeling totally clear headed and healed. I love my monthly sessions where I can go and just chill. Lindsay has really helped with my monthly cycle, I used to have such heavy debilitating periods but now due to the acupuncture have become normal and light which means I get on with life again. Xx
