Truly such an amazing experience. So many carefully considered and nourishing elements. The team were amazing - Alex and Charlotte were so caring and welcoming. The treatment itself was exceptional and Alex has such amazing energy and techniques. Everything from the music and gong to the softest sheets and hypnotic natural restorative products used truly generated a memorable and impactful experience. I have tried many massage therapists over the years due to my chronic back pain from freelance massage therapists to those in big spa chains and I can honestly say this is the best place for a strong deep tissue massage I have had and is the only place I will now go to. Although it is out of my way as I live on the other side of London it is worth the time and definitely value for money.

Great! Alisson really listed to my requests and gave me exactly what I asked for. He took the time to show me alternate ways of styling my new haircut. I love it! He and all of the staff were very personable, sharing recommendations for some of their favorite local restaurants with us as they knew that we were visiting. Will return next time I am in London.

This place is absolutely amazing, I arrived stressed and disheveled and emerged hours later looking and feeling like a different person! The staff are so lovely (and were very tolerant of my frantically trying to send last minute pre-holiday emails mid treatment) and all the services I booked (haircut & blowdry, full body wax, gel pedicure, BIAB, massage) were top class. And on top of that, the memberships are probably the best bargain in London right now - I thought it was too good to be true until my lovely experience today! Run don’t walk!

Ghenadie was excellent and really helped relieve pain in localised areas. I really liked that he also explained where the issues were coming from and made the environment feel safe!

What an amazing first time ever experience I had with nurse Jodie ! Went for my first Lip filler and I was so worried about pain as my threshold isn't great and there's some PTSD also to take into account, BUT ... Jodie was so gentle and professional I didn't feel anything apart from a slight pinch now and then. I absolutely loved my experience and I booked other treatments already since I trust Jodie to give me truthful advice and proper care ❤️

I higly recommend it! I had a continuous hip pain for 3 months, I discussed that with Kevin and he found out that a specific muscle was compressing the nerve of my right leg. I had two sessions with him and the improvement was amazing. He is very professional and very knowledgeable!

The best experience I've had in London so far. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and I was offered a drink. Then another lady washed ans prepared my hair for the cut. She was lovely and professional at the same time. Hakan then took time to listen to what I wanted and also had great suggestions based on my hair type. The attention to detail, precision and effort he put into my haircut and blow out were incredible. He's a true magician! Highly recommended.

Always such a personalised professional experience with Alex and Kevin. They make you feel relaxed and have you walking out feeling incredible and on top of the world. My skin has improved so much since I’ve been having treatments with Alex. And Kevins massages have really helped eradicate my back pain.

It was out of this world! Alexandra my therapist was incredible and I feel totally energised since - the best Treatment experience in London.
