Been struggling with a stiff neck and pains in my back for over 2 months now. Paul got to work loosening up and massaging the tight muscles and I already feel a million times better. I got some great advice on how to stop hunching my shoulders (the root of my issues) and exercises to help strengthen the muscles i didn’t even realise were underdeveloped. Cannot recommend highly enough. Great chat and friendly too and the new facility at OneSpace is top notch.

Paul is as always, polite, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He takes the time to understand any issues and tailors the treatment accordingly. I had the most amazing lymphatic drainage massage with Vikki and I honestly can’t recommend her enough! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Her energy is so warm and welcoming The treatment itself was incredible, I felt so refreshed, lighter, and less bloated straight after. Can’t wait to book again!
