Pleasant and courteous at all times. Always asks what you want done before doing anything. Gives advice on products, colours that are or are not suitable for your hair type.

I had an amazing experience with kimberley, very warm and friendly welcome , very attentive and really listens to what you want , if you don't know what you want then kimberley will work on ideas with you letting you know what will suit you .

Great experience as always. Friendly hard working girls who can't do enough for you to make you feel comfy (even supply a hot water bottle for cold hands lol)
