The experience was great! The couples massage package included a sauna and shower prior to the massage. The studio was clean and the staff were kind and professional. I would recommend to anyone spending time in Banff who are looking to have a massage treatment.

My massage with Marc was fantastic! I have had many, many massages and this was the best without question. He really knows his stuff. He obviously cares about his work and it shows. When I am back in Banff I will book with him again. The spa in general is also beautiful and well set up.

My husband and I both got massages. This was our first time going and it was excellent! I had Marc, he was so friendly, I felt so relaxed, just what I needed to end a great getaway with my husband. My husband saw the manager, he was very impressed. Next time we’re in Banff we are definitely going back.

I was an esthetician once upon and there is nothing at all that I could criticize. Everything was perfect. I had a wonderful experience here, I came with 5 friends, we were all booked in together. I was booked in with Josh. He was wonderful, took into account which problem spots I had for my massage and every so often he would make sure I was doing ok, checked to see if the pressure was ok, very soft spoken which was perfect for the setting. I wish I lived in Banff because I would definitely come back. I left feeling very refreshed. Thank you for the amazing service.

I came in with a serious kink in my neck. Rachel spent a great amount of time on my area of concern. I left with relief and greater range of motion, plus some tips on how to prevent repeat injury/discomfort. She was absolutely lovely. Highly recommend

We got the 75 min couples massage. We came Banff to relax and it isn't relaxing until we were in the hands of Jen and Alana. Their hands did wonders releasing the muscle tension in the hubby and me. Every moment was heavenly and we felt so good after our session. The facility is clean and serene. It's a must visit when spending time in Banff.
