The experience was great! The couples massage package included a sauna and shower prior to the massage. The studio was clean and the staff were kind and professional. I would recommend to anyone spending time in Banff who are looking to have a massage treatment.

My massage with Marc was fantastic! I have had many, many massages and this was the best without question. He really knows his stuff. He obviously cares about his work and it shows. When I am back in Banff I will book with him again. The spa in general is also beautiful and well set up.

My husband and I both got massages. This was our first time going and it was excellent! I had Marc, he was so friendly, I felt so relaxed, just what I needed to end a great getaway with my husband. My husband saw the manager, he was very impressed. Next time we’re in Banff we are definitely going back.

I was an esthetician once upon and there is nothing at all that I could criticize. Everything was perfect. I had a wonderful experience here, I came with 5 friends, we were all booked in together. I was booked in with Josh. He was wonderful, took into account which problem spots I had for my massage and every so often he would make sure I was doing ok, checked to see if the pressure was ok, very soft spoken which was perfect for the setting. I wish I lived in Banff because I would definitely come back. I left feeling very refreshed. Thank you for the amazing service.

My husband and I enjoyed the entire experience at cedar and sage. We both had one hour massage followed by Facials. We left there feeling rejuvenated the massage was amazing and the full facial treatment was above expectations. We highly recommended this spa and will be returning.

The massage was amazing. However, I booked the shower afterwards and there is a single bottle of watery soap. It would be nice to have decent shower products (body wash/shampoo/conditioner/etc) if you're going to offer the shower as a paid experience.

We got the couples massage. The massage was really great one of the best ones we had, the sauna add on I would not recommend it doesn’t really get hot enough, we couldn’t break a sweat, it was mostly the infrared light benefit.
