Aya gave me an amazing sciatica massage! Ive been trying so many places but theres rarely any place do an exact trigger point massage to treat sciatica pain, but only in 1 hour she did an absolute wonderful job. Definitely recommended and will come back.

I’ve been coming here regularly for a couple of months now and look forward to it every time. Kimmy, the senior therapist, is the only person I’d trust after my orthopaedic surgery. She truly understands anatomy, strong & skilled enough to relieve my chronic pain, and is gentle where needed. The place is clean, well-maintained, and there’s plenty of free street parking. Definitely recommend <3

The best Thai massage in Melbourne! I’ve been going for a few years now, and every time I feel much better after the massage.

Quan is amazing. I exercise a lot and it often results in build up of muscle tension. He knows how to work through all the connective muscles to get the optimal result or relief. My sessions often require hard massages that result in soreness, but it’s a small price for the end result. Thanks!

First time getting treated by Steven and was a great experience. Treated the exact spots causing me tension and pain by using firm pressure as I requested, but always making sure you are comfortable!

Had the best massage here today! My muscles have never felt better, I struggle with a lot of muscle pain and this massage really made the pain feel much less!

Great therapist and know her stuff. She was also able to give some stretching advise to help me manage my pain.

I had a wonderful massage today with Mary. She was very attentive to my sore muscles and gave me some great advice for how to look after them during the work day. The only downside for me about coming here is I am very noise sensitive and the lay out doesn’t allow for much noise insulation so it’s hard to fully tune out the sounds from outside the massage room. Other than that, I always leave much more relaxed and in less pain after a massage here

I purposely booked in “Relaxation and Loosen” because I was sore & sensitive to the touch, but instead got a deeper tissue massage that made me squirm and vocalise my pain, with the therapist even saying “No pain, no gain”. She also talked to me about what I might need to help me feel better and saying that she’ll call me the next day, even though I just wanted some relaxation. I was not there for a medical consultation or a chat. A skilled therapist but whose approach didn’t match my needs on this day. This is why we should be able to choose our therapist at booking, a feature you had before.
