Zen is incredible! Each time I have had a session with him, although there is a fair bit of pain involved, I feel results. When I first came to Zen I had issues with my hips which led to ankle and foot problems and I had so much foot pain. He helped me walk correctly and get my mobility back. Although I have moved away from the Gold Coast, when I come to visit I make time to have a session because it does me good and I feel renewed and flexible again. The new space is great too! I like that Zen is always improving the quality of his service and experience. Thanks Zen! You're amazing!

Today, I had a 45-minute remedial massage with my partner in a couple room and it was absolutely amazing. We’ve tried several other massage places in Gold Coast, but this was by far the best experience we’ve had. My therapist, Harumi, was especially friendly and kind, and all of the staff provided exceptional customer service. Everything was very professional and impressive from start to finish. We will definitely be coming back and I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know. Thank you to the whole team!

What a lovely, warm and inviting spa. This is the real deal in spas and the whole experience made me feel calm and relaxed. The massage therapist really knew how to find the tight muscles and was very responsive and absolutely lovely. I would come back here again when visiting the Gold Coast ❤️

I can’t recommend Lyndsay / Zenigma Massage and Wellness highly enough! After struggling with arm pain for ages, she managed to have me pain free in just TWO appointments. Her knowledge, skill, and care are absolutely incredible — I felt immediate relief after the first session, and now I’m back to using my arms pain-free. She is truly gifted at what she does and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. Had a remedial massage and dry needing with Caroline today which was absolutely amazing. Caroline is highly experienced and who’s how all the muscles function and why you are experiencing pain in an area of your body. Walk in with a lot of pain and walk out with such relief from the pain I was experiencing. I highly recommend Caroline and I have already booked another appointment.

Beautiful and relaxing standalone venue located within a small shopping area called Brickworks. Very friendly and attentive staff. My husband and I had the couple's massage. Side by side, Jane and Hurami ensured our dignity and comfort. Both very impressed. Were made to feel welcome and relaxed. Professional and friendly. Great massage. Highly recommended. Would definitely book again when visiting The Gold Coast.

On our trip to Gold Coast from Christchurch, New Zealand we decided to treat ourselves while we were in the Gold Coast and get a massage, after looking at multiple places we picked Lan massage and we have absolutely no regrets! Had a couple services while on holidays to Gold Coast. Not for the faint of heart. Like some parlours, massages will press deep into muscle knots, but they do offer softer massaging , and pleasant massage always follows. Facility is calm, staff is beautiful. All happy

I’ve been here numerous times and every time my experience is exceptional. Every masseuse I’ve had has been fantastic, plus their customer service is always great. The privacy of your own rooms makes this experience so much better than most other places on the Gold Coast. Highly recommend.

Judith was fantastic, a great remedial massage that released pressure from my hip and back to allow me to stretch effectively. Very knowledgeable with the anatomy. Have rebooked for December for my next visit to the Gold Coast.

Always an incredible experience with the myofascial release massage. It was effective physically but I left feeling lighter, more open and pain free. Zen’s level of care and knowledge shared throughout is top tier. He explained how I could support my body’s healing outside the session. Highly recommend to anyone looking for true bodywork, not just a massage. You’ll walk out feeling more connected to your body and more empowered to take care of it.

I went there for 1hr remedial massage, my therapist was Alice and she gave a very great therapy session, fully recovered from muscle pain and stiffness. Felt like a new and refreshing person after treatment. Highly recommend if anyone down in Gold coast for short visit.
