I took my 16 year old to see Yvette about recurring pain experienced when playing football. The assessment was thorough & the exercise demonstrations were really helpful, along with written resources which were emailed afterwards. Looking forward to my massage next week!

Absolutely brilliant. I’d had neck and shoulder tension for ages and some nerve pain running down my arm. One trigger point therapy session and the improvement was incredible. She’s so knowledgeable and really knows what she’s doing. It was genuinely the best massage I’ve ever had because it actually fixed the problem rather than just feeling nice for an hour. I’ve already booked more sessions and will be going regularly. Couldn’t recommend her more highly. ❤️

First time meeting Yvette for a recent back issue and ongoing ankle pain. She was incredibly thorough and instantly put me at ease. As she went through her checks, she described what she was looking for and what she found, so I felt involved in the assessment rather than just being assessed. Went for the headache and migraine relief massage and felt amazing after and really relaxed considering all the knots I had around my shoulders. Feel like there’s been more progress in one session with Kasa than I had 5 sessions at the chiropractor

Yvette was extremely professional and knowledgeable combined with the perfect amount of friendliness and warmth. This was my first experience of a deep tissue massage and she took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me exercises to follow up with after. Highly recommended.

Excellent trigger point and hot stone massage with Rasa. I came to the appointment with a lot of tension across my whole back, as well as lower back pain and she did a fantastic job of relaxing the muscles. Less than an hour later and they already feel so much better. Very attentive therapist, checking in regularly on comfort levels. Would definitely recommend!

Rasa was wonderful! Super friendly and professional. I went in due to muscle tightness and pain due to working at a desk. This morning I woke up for the first time in months not in pain! Massively recommend and I will be returning for more! Thank you!

Yvette offers an excellent service. I've been coming to her for a number of years both for therapeutic and wellness treatments. I leave feeling refreshed and invigorated. She has a wide selection of appointment options and treatment. I've recommended her to a number of colleagues who have not been disappointed. 100% would recommend.
