Katie was so incredibly helpful - her acupuncture was amazing, and really helped my neck and back from a rugby injury. She was also so lovely, and really helpful - her bedside manner is amazing! Will definitely come again

Cara was amazing and intuitive and helped me recover so quickly with advice on how to prevent feeling unwell again. She talks you through the acupuncture process and makes you feel comfortable. This was my second visit as I had received great care from her previously. Would throughly recommend her.

Not only was Katie very friendly and professional, she also has a background in sports and is clearly very passionate about what she does. I cannot recommend her enough and I plan to come back for future running-related aches and pains.
