I have been a few times and each time he has really targeted the issue areas as opposed to other sports massages when they seem do everything and hope for the best. Most recently I had limited range of motion in my shoulder and after a massage and cupping I left being able to lift my arm above my head without discomfort. Highly recommend!

I've been seeing him alongside my post-car accident physio, and he's been brilliant. He really knows his stuff and always explains clearly what's happening and why, which has made a huge difference to my recovery. Every session helps me feel lighter and move better, and he's played a big part in getting me back to strength training. The most beautiful and relaxing space. I instantly felt peaceful entering the treatment room. My first reflexology treatment and I felt very relaxed after. My body felt much looser and calmer during and after the treatment. I’ll definitely have this treatment from Ali again.
