OMG Jordana is amazing! This was my very first Hollywood wax and I was super nervous, but she instantly made me feel comfortable. She explained everything clearly, kept checking in on me, and her warm, friendly energy honestly made such a difference. The treatment itself was quick, professional, and far less painful than I expected. I left feeling so happy with the results and confident about booking again. I went today for the “bye peach” dermaplaning treatment and it surpassed all my expectations! A full facial with many different steps (dermaplaning just one part of this!) including a lovely massage with ice rollers at the end. Really comfortable treatment bed and relaxing music and lighting, Beth was lovely too.

After my appointment on 29/11/25, I walked into my hairdresser’ first thing the receptionist said was ‘fabulous brows’ every time for over 7 years, thanks Marta for always making me feel wonderful no matter what treatment.
