I had the biohacking facia with Clair! She reads your energy and skin from the outset, rooting the treatment in Ayurvedic philosophy. The massage techniques that follow are beautifully calming — quieting the mind while visibly restoring the skin. Working with the body’s energy pathways, Clair’s precise marma point activations release tension you didn’t know you were holding. Then came the red light therapy. I felt like I was drifting off in a sunny spot beneath a palm tree! Neck, chest, hands, arms and feet are all included, leaving you restored from head to toe! Highly recommend x

I have just had my second session of laser hair removal with Tara. I was amazed with the results from my first session, I can’t believe how much my hair growth has reduced soo quickly. I felt so much more confident on holiday and shaved a lot less than normal. Tara is so lovely and welcoming 💗 if you are considering laser, just do it!!!

Beautiful spot and lovely atmosphere. Cold plunge bath perfect size and temp. Great to be able to connect to Bluetooth for music. Would benefit from: More hooks/storage space for towels, bags etc. Mains power! Generator noise detracts from the experience. Clearer timer in the sauna- difficult to work out how long you’ve been in.

This was my second visit to Paul and I could not be happier. I have recently moved to Clitheroe & P&J Palmer was recommended to me after I had a negative experience with another salon. Paul's salon is so nice! It's small and intimate, and the perfect place to relax. You're not having to shout over 10 hairdryers, nor being squeezed between a bunch of people having their hair done at the same time. Paul is very friendly and professional. He listens to his clients' needs and genuinely cares. He is a great colourist and stylist and his prices are also extremely reasonable.

Fliss is wonderful and always provides a top quality service, making me feel super comfortable! A bonus that my nails always look 10/10 thanks to her! ✨
