I had my hair cut and coloured by Clare, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She is a fantastic hairdresser—friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what she does. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered great advice, and made sure I was completely happy every step of the way. The colour is perfect, and the cut feels fresh and stylish. I’ve had so many compliments already! Highly recommend Clare if you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing and makes you feel great in the process.

We took our nearly 2 year old boy for his first haircut and Abid was absolutely great with him, got him comfortable with all the tools before cutting his hair and playing with him to keep him happy, a great experience and great haircut! This was my first visit to P&J Palmer and I'm delighted with my haircut. Paul took the time to discuss what I wanted and then delivered it perfectly. With a friendly, caring 1:1 service that I haven't found at other hairdressers, the whole experience was excellent. After jumping from one hairdresser to the next for years, I've finally found my regular 'go to' hairdresser!

I'm pretty particular about my hair and after my hairdresser of 15 years changing jobs, I've struggled to find somewhere I feel comfortable. I explained to Megan at the start about my previous cuts & experiences, and that this was my first curly cut. I felt heard when I explained my curly pattern, understood and trusted when I asked for a disconnected cut with plenty of length taken off, and I walked out feeling like a completely different person! Thank you so much for giving me the confidence to ask for what I want again and trusting my judgement on my own hair x

Fantastic hairdresser who offers a friendly and professional consultative service. It was very refreshing to have a consultation before my first hair appointment and I truly felt that Paul really listened to me telling him about my hair & its needs, my routine and expectations. I was then able to easily book my appointment at a suitable time. Paul gave me a fantastic hair cut that is very manageable and looks great. Claire is a hairdresser that actually listens to her client, also advises her client to achieve the perfect haircut. Good consultation before hand. Amazing experience as always. Stylist Ruby expertly brightened my hair with blonde highlights and a root colour that have banished any sign of greys. A gorgeous cut to add volume too. Left the salon one very happy customer.
