Another fantastic appointment with Lauren, who does my waxing. As always, she was really friendly and professional. She has that ideal combination of being absolutely lovely (creating a calm, reassuring atmosphere, where you don’t feel embarrassed and can ask any question you like) and being very skilled (so it is pain-free and with excellent results). I recommend Lauren very highly - my friends go to her too, now, and agree that she’s the best in Bath!

I have been a customer since Emily opened the salon and I am always more than pleased with the results. As customers we are all greeted kindly, whatever our age (I am 80). Offered a drink of our choice (and today there were delicious little Easter eggs too). The salon is beautifully laid out, warm and comfortable and the staff are all friendly. And what’s more it’s on the centre of Bath. Friendly attentive staff, efficient and confident, a good experience - What more could you ask for?

It is the best salon I have found in Bath in two years or more. The atmosphere in the salon is super relaxing, elegant, refined and clean. I haven't had such gentle gel removal in a long time! Her passion shows in the excellent quality of work! I will definitely be back as I no longer want my nails done to a lower standard than she offers!!!!

Marvelous space and the best service in all Bath! Organic and Vegan products that smell amazing and the attention to detail during any session made me feel like a Princess. Had my first ever lash lift and tint with Danekah. I love the results! Easy to book and free parking right outside the salon. Very useful for the villages to the south of Bath!

Claire has brought India to Bath with her amazing Ayurvedic Yoga Massage. My body felt gently stretched and relaxed, and my mind calmed. Everything about this treatment was superb.

This is a treat to myself. A fabulous cut and colour which makes me feel great and look younger, alongside some deep and lovely conversations and reflections on life, in a beautiful space. Thank you

Bianka took care of me so well as soon as I stepped in until I left. She took her time to explain skin care in detail. I like the fact the on top of the facial I get to enjoy the feet, shoulders and neck massage as well. My facial skin feels so hydrated and my body feels so relaxed. I've been going to Chelsie for the last 6 months, lashes, aesthetics and waxing! She is definitely the best around here in Bath. Always makes you feel comfortable and gives you the best advice when you are on the fence about something. ♥️
