This is the second visit I’ve had with lily at trim street and she’s the best, so lovely and makes my salon visit so pleasant as does everyone in the salon. During the consultation Lily made sure she knew exactly what I wanted, listening and suggesting the best colour for me and yet again exceeded expectations🤍 left the salon feeling so pleased.

Charlotte, what a babe. This woman knows her stuff. She is so lovely and instantly made me feel so welcome in her salon. She is very knowledgeable and professional and clearly loves what she does. I had a bespoke facial, it was so relaxing and I left feeling and looking amazing and I will absolutely be booking again! Thank you Charlotte!

Go here! Sasha is Bath's best kept secret....she's incredible and at 58 I don't look 'done' just fresher. She knows intuitively what to do and she is also the BEST fun professional too. Small wonder it's busy in the salon! Thank you x

I have been having treatments with Lauren for years. She is such an excellent beauty therapist , gentle and professional. Highly recommend.

Biancas energy and enthusiasm for her services and her passion for holistic health and beauty left me feeling really uplifted. My waxing was very professional and care was taken to ensure I had the correct preparation and after treatment. I am very pleased with the result. It's been a great experience have a wax with Bianca. I will come back!

Melanie and the Fig Tree Cabin was fabulous. Everything from the venue, parking, booking, conversation and above all the actual treatments. Melanie is wonderful and very talented and really knows her stuff. She used the best hand cream on my very dry hands which are now exceptionally soft!!!! I highly recommend and I will be raving about the salon to local friends to go pay the salon a visit.

As always I’ve left the salon feeling really happy! Love my hair colour and cut . Always such a friendly , happy and relaxed atmosphere . Gemma is brilliant and always manages to create exactly what I imagined !! X

Can't rate Charlotte highly enough.... Not only is she a fab beautician but she's also such lovely company and the salon has a very cosy, friendly atmosphere. I love visiting Charlotte for my beauty treatments and so does my daughter :)

I've been seeing Charlotte now for over 8 years and look forward to it every month. She is so professional, welcoming and incredible in all that she does and offers at the salon. I also had Charlotte for my wedding, she listened to exactly what I wanted, as I don't wear make up and made me feel so relaxed. I'd never go anywhere else for my beauty treatments!

Katy has been colouring and cutting my hair for many years — balayage, roots, face frames, the lot. I’ve loved having my hair done from the comfort of my own home, in her lovely one-to-one space, and now in this gorgeous salon too. I felt a warm welcome as soon as I stepped through the door; everyone was super friendly. I would highly recommend Katy as a superb colourist and hairdresser — always paired with great chats and plenty of laughs. Amie :)

Amazing as always! I love going for my treatments, we always work on what is needed but in such a natural way. The new salon is 10/10 and so welcoming.
