I am new to the salon and have just started tanning here. The staff is very welcoming and friendly! The owner went above and beyond to educate me on tanning, made me comfortable and my overall experience amazing! Their tanning beds are great and I will definitely continue to tan here as well as try the many other services they offer. Looking forward to my next visit!

As always, everyone at Industry Salon and Tanning is professional and attentive. I have thick, naturally curly hair with a mind of its own. Jesse was particularly skilled at cutting and styling it beautifully. Also in a way that I will be able to maintain it with ease. Highly recommend!

This was my first time visiting Industry Salon and Tanning! I could tell that everyone who works here cares about their customers by the numerous repeat clients who came in and how they were welcomed each time with care and quality work. When my hair colour turned out to be a bit brassy, Jesse & Dante worked together to help me (despite it being a very busy day). They were quick to try to fix the colour, they discounted the cost at the end, and Jesse booked a follow-up. Thank you to everyone at Industry Salon and Tanning- I can see why so many people come back! :)

Sandra was amazing! Did my nails without damaging them and they look beautiful! She also cleaned up my eyebrows and my upper lip without causing me to turn red and removed all of the wax which some places don’t!. Can’t wait to go back!

This is my second visit, both for different services. First visit was for an eyebrow wax and consult, second for a much needed haircut. Both visits have been nothing but friendly service, supportive conversation and I appreciated that my thoughts and questions were met with listening ears and responses that helped me understand the why or why not of the answers. Definitely a go-to for Chatham residents.

I went in for a tan today, I always use the lay down bed. It’s nice because whomever is greeting you always has a smile and are cheerful! Rowan reminded me that they had changed all the bulbs so the bed is stronger. I went in had my tan and it made me feel so much better than when I had come in! I definitely would recommend if anyone is looking for tanning packages this is the place to get them!
