This was my first time visiting Industry Salon and Tanning! I could tell that everyone who works here cares about their customers by the numerous repeat clients who came in and how they were welcomed each time with care and quality work. When my hair colour turned out to be a bit brassy, Jesse & Dante worked together to help me (despite it being a very busy day). They were quick to try to fix the colour, they discounted the cost at the end, and Jesse booked a follow-up. Thank you to everyone at Industry Salon and Tanning- I can see why so many people come back! :)

Lisa was incredible! She made me feel welcomed as soon as I came in & with over 35 years of experience you feel completely taken care of and safe in her hands. The salon itself was beautifully decorated and they have a large variety of services offered there which makes things convenient. I ended up purchasing the shampoo and conditioner that was used because it left my hair soo soft, and it smells phenomenal. I don’t think I’ll ever get my haircut anywhere else. 10/10

Best place to tan in Chatham !! Love going to Industry Salon and Tanning

This is my second visit, both for different services. First visit was for an eyebrow wax and consult, second for a much needed haircut. Both visits have been nothing but friendly service, supportive conversation and I appreciated that my thoughts and questions were met with listening ears and responses that helped me understand the why or why not of the answers. Definitely a go-to for Chatham residents.

Liked the hair cut especially as she did not use a razor on my hair. This is the fourth place I tried in Chatham and very happy with the results

It was great service as always and Jessie did a really great job on my haircut I love it. He is an amazing hairstylist. And the salon was nice and clean and the staff where friendly.❤️😆👍🏼

So on April 1 st it was my 60 th birthday . My sisters gave me a gift certificate for Industry Salon and tanning . I booked a spa day and had a facial and waxing and my nails done by Sandra . What a wonderful experience . But it got even better . The whole staff at the salon sang Happy Birthday to me and my daughter brought balloons in and a cake to share with everyone . I was overwhelmed . So I would like to say thankyou so much to Sandra and her amazing staff , and my daughter for making my day special . They are all like family to me . Very much appreciated !!
