This was my first time visiting Industry Salon and Tanning! I could tell that everyone who works here cares about their customers by the numerous repeat clients who came in and how they were welcomed each time with care and quality work. When my hair colour turned out to be a bit brassy, Jesse & Dante worked together to help me (despite it being a very busy day). They were quick to try to fix the colour, they discounted the cost at the end, and Jesse booked a follow-up. Thank you to everyone at Industry Salon and Tanning- I can see why so many people come back! :)

Lisa was incredible! She made me feel welcomed as soon as I came in & with over 35 years of experience you feel completely taken care of and safe in her hands. The salon itself was beautifully decorated and they have a large variety of services offered there which makes things convenient. I ended up purchasing the shampoo and conditioner that was used because it left my hair soo soft, and it smells phenomenal. I don’t think I’ll ever get my haircut anywhere else. 10/10

I would recommend industry salon to everybody! They are clean and friendly and amazing nails done by an amazing lady with a great sense of humor!

Liked the hair cut especially as she did not use a razor on my hair. This is the fourth place I tried in Chatham and very happy with the results

A welcome change from the big box nail salons. No rushing feeling and the end result is absolutely fabulous. Love my nails!

I had an appointment with Megan today for a color and she is very amazing with colors. She also had to match my hair extensions to my hair and you would never know they aren’t my hair! She so meticulous on where she put them and how they looked! After she was done she gave me the instructions on having the extensions. I walked out of the salon feeling like a new and improved woman. Had the most amazing beard trim, and color with Helene. The meticulous attention she gave me was off the hook, she is the best, guys if your looking for a beard trim, shaping of beard, waxing, Helene is a cut above the rest. Simply amazing. Industry Salon is by far the best in the industry. Thank you for the Rock Star treatment. Went in looking like a fur trader came out looking talyor made.

Another great tan, at a great place. Do yourself a favor try a tan, try a cut, get your nails done, they do it all. The staff at Industry will make you feel like part of the family. Don't believe me check them OUT!
