Yanelisa is a superstar. I had an amazing massage session! The therapist was skilled and attentive, and the ambiance was super relaxing. They really listened to what I needed and tailored the massage to perfection. Felt like I was in heaven 😌. Highly recommend!

I had the most incredible head spa treatment! From the moment it started, I felt completely relaxed and cared for. The atmosphere was calming, the techniques was so soothing, and I left feeling refreshed, light, and rejuvenated. Honestly, it was pure bliss. My sister and I had such a wonderful experience. We both enjoyed the full service pedicure by Kamo and Thato and it was honestly amazing. The atmosphere was so relaxing and therapeutic, exactly what we needed. The attention to detail was outstanding, and we felt completely pampered from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Prim & Proper Salon and Spa services.

Amazing deep tissue massage, the indian head and facial massage was so relaxing, we had good chats in between. I am already making another booking. All the staff are friendly from when u step ur foot inside.

The experience was amazing, very relaxing. However, I only have one concern, my appointment was booked from 15:45-17:15, by 16:47 I was back in my car. A whole 25min of treatment which I didn't get.

I have had many a massage at many establishments this is by far the most relaxing stress reducing massage ever. Sibongile has healing hands and will be a patron for as long as she is around.

I might be in love. I booked for myself and the kid and we had a pedicure with a very relaxing paraffin dip and full body massages with hot stone treatment and I am sure I will be back sooner than soon. These ladies are amazing and tentative to the clients needs.

Was excellent, I felt like jelly. I was so relaxed my mind actually turned off for once. The laughs we had after as If we've been friends for years. An overall excellent experience ‼️
