I had a wonderful experience at the spa! The staff was attentive and kind, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The sauna was a great way to unwind before my therapeutic massage with Sarah, which was excellent. She was very skilled, and the massage was relaxing and effective for my back pain. The spa had everything needed for a truly calming experience, from the ambiance to the small thoughtful details. Highly recommended!

For a first time visit at this spa. I am speechless as how clean and well organize it is. I want to thank Alexi for the beautiful techniques and soft hands. I took the 90 minutes head spa, not only was I taken before my appointment time but it was really a 90 mins duration. So worth it for the relaxing feeling and the shampoo smells so good. I also want to thank Mo at the front desk :)

The head spa service was absolutely amazing—so relaxing and impeccably clean. I’ve had this service done before in Japan, and this was my first time experiencing it outside of Japan. It truly exceeded my expectations. Ghofram and Hamma were both wonderful and made the experience extra special. They provided the service for both myself and my mom, and we couldn’t have asked for better care. Highly recommend!

It’s great to have L’Absolu Spa as our local spa in Ahuntsic. Service is always very attentive and kind. Love a sauna after the massage here. Suggestion: please add a cold plunge or cold shower for the sauna - it’s would be the perfect combination. Even more!

I had never had a head spa before, but the experience was wonderful! I took the silver bundle. They started by assessing my hair and scalp to personalize the treatment. Then cleaned and treated my skin, massaged and washed my head, and steamed my face. The neck massage was especially well done. I really appreciated how attentive the service was! I would definitely go back and get the gold bundle.

I had the Japanese hair treatment at Halo Head Spa, and it was such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and the staff were incredibly professional and kind. The treatment left my scalp feeling refreshed and my hair softer, smoother, and so healthy-looking. You can really feel the difference right away. Great salon, welcoming staff, really feel relaxed and zen. I was a walking, didn't have an appointment, they were able to accommodate me. Lots of beautiful colors to choose from. They also do hair spa and treatment... something to try!
