Such an amazing experience for my daughter’s first haircut (2 yrs old). I’ve actually been going there for over a year with my son. I’ve tried lots of places for kids cuts and this one is by far the best. Great staff, friendly, affordable and always walk away with a top quality haircut. It’s the only place I’ll take him to now - truly a hidden gem of a salon in Kingston.

I had an absolutely wonderful 90-minute massage experience. From start to finish, it was incredibly relaxing and exactly what I needed. The therapist was very skilled and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. I slept for an entire hour during the massage. My mom had such a great experience getting a Gel X manicure and pedicure! She said the whole visit was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. Her nails turned out beautifully, and the pedicure was so soothing — just what she needed. The atmosphere was calm, the staff was lovely, and she felt really well taken care of. She’ll definitely be going back again soon!

I just received the brow mapping service after months of not giving my brows any love… let me tell you it is WORTH EVERY PENNY!! I’m a blonde with sparse eyebrow hair in some spots and I combined my brow mapping with a henna dye and BOOM-all of a sudden I have brows again! Not only did I receive the results I wanted from the service, but I felt so incredibly relaxed the entire time. I feel so confident with my new brows and I can’t recommend this service, or the Refinery in general, enough!
