Such an amazing experience for my daughter’s first haircut (2 yrs old). I’ve actually been going there for over a year with my son. I’ve tried lots of places for kids cuts and this one is by far the best. Great staff, friendly, affordable and always walk away with a top quality haircut. It’s the only place I’ll take him to now - truly a hidden gem of a salon in Kingston.

My mom had such a great experience getting a Gel X manicure and pedicure! She said the whole visit was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. Her nails turned out beautifully, and the pedicure was so soothing — just what she needed. The atmosphere was calm, the staff was lovely, and she felt really well taken care of. She’ll definitely be going back again soon!

Such a beautiful welcoming place. I am relaxed and I enjoy all my treatments. Katie is the wonderful owner and you can tell she takes great pride in her business. Emma is one of her professional workers. She is a wonderful young lady who has definitely picked the right profession to be in. She is truly amazing at her job and is so sweet and pleasant. I just received the brow mapping service after months of not giving my brows any love… let me tell you it is WORTH EVERY PENNY!! I’m a blonde with sparse eyebrow hair in some spots and I combined my brow mapping with a henna dye and BOOM-all of a sudden I have brows again! Not only did I receive the results I wanted from the service, but I felt so incredibly relaxed the entire time. I feel so confident with my new brows and I can’t recommend this service, or the Refinery in general, enough!

Sierra is a brow queen! Always leave feeling happy with her services ! The Refinery is a sanctuary in downtown Kingston.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The surroundings could not be more appealing as you look out onto Kingstons city hall and downtown businesses…. Limestone central!

Every time I go to the refinery it immediately reduces any stress levels walking into the clam and welcoming oasis overlooking market square in downtown Kingston. Can’t top the experience they provide!

Jess is amazing at what she does. She is kind, caring and very precise at her work. Loved my first experience with her at her beautiful Medi Spa. Will definitely be back!

Kaitlyn gave the most relaxing, rejuvenating medical facial I have ever received! I left the clinic with dewy, toned skin and all my jaw tension was released. I highly recommend this wonderful human with her magic hands!
