I had an amazing experience at Original Wellness Spa and couldn’t recommend them more! The spa is spotless, calming, and has such a professional yet welcoming atmosphere. Rue was absolutely fantastic! she was incredibly thorough throughout my waxing appointments, explained everything, and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. Her warm personality and sense of humor instantly put me at ease, making what can sometimes be an awkward appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning!

I just had my 3rd Hollywood and underarm waxing session with Megan at Grace Aesthetics, and I can’t recommend her enough! Intimate waxing isn't the most pleasant procedure, but Megan makes me feel completely comfortable, relaxed, and at ease right from the moment I walk in. She is highly skilled, thorough, as gentle as it gets and just a wonderful person. The results are always flawless, and her studio is always nice to be in🌻

This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

I highly recommend this place! I got my brows done and decided to try eyelash extensions for the first time. I was a bit nervous, but the stylist walked me through everything and recommended a classic half set. They turned out absolutely perfect—lightweight, gorgeous, and exactly the boost I wanted. My brows look clean and shaped beautifully too. Thank you for making my first lash experience so wonderful!

I usually do my facials with Rayana but she wasnt in and I was a little skeptical to book with another beautician. Rue was amazing! Very nice and friendly. I loved how she did my facial. I'm definitely booking a treatment at least every month! She was truly a sweetheart! I can't praise her enough.
