I had a great experience with my aesthetic treatment, especially for my eyes and lips. She is extremely gentle, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel very comfortable throughout the process. Her approach is very professional and tailored to what actually suits your face. Had a really comfortable experience getting my legs waxed in a nice warm bed and as if helps ease the discomfort.. The eye lash extension result was beyond what I was expecting.. Emmas customer service has been amazing in every treatment I've ever received
